Describe the bug

Way back in #1086, I reported that viewmodel lag/sway was reversed when using cl_mirror_world. The issue was later fixed...by seemingly flipping all viewmodel lag, causing it to now look wrong when moving the camera vertically.

To Reproduce

  1. Set cl_mirror_world 1
  2. Open any map where you have a weapon
  3. Look up and down
