Operators cannot see contract health metrics (match volume, error rate, fund safety). A dashboard would enable proactive issue detection.

Tasks

• Create Grafana dashboard with: total matches, active matches, failed operations, TVL
• Export Prometheus metrics from contract events
• Set up alerting rules: high error rate (>5%), contract paused, suspicious activity
• Add metrics export guide to docs/monitoring-setup.md
