[MOBILE] QA checklist + release pipeline (dev builds)

Goal

Enable contributors to generate dev builds and run a minimal QA checklist for Wave 5.

Tasks

• Define a small QA checklist for the MVP mobile flows
• Add scripts for running lint/typecheck/tests for mobile workspace
• Document how to generate dev builds (EAS or local) and distribute internally

Acceptance Criteria

• Contributors can produce a dev build and validate core flows consistently
