App Notification Badge Not Updating #4
Description
App notification badges show up instantly to indicate new messages, but once a message has been viewed they remain for a long period of time. I haven't been able to track the time exactly. But it seems to be at least 10 minutes. Opening, closing or force-closing the app has no effect. Our users are assuming they're missing chat messages.
Expected:
We would expect the app icon notifications to update once a message thread is opened that contained the new message.
