Create menu page for documentation #89

Problem

We currently have numerous links on the main SV homepage to various parts of the documentation (user guides, clinical case studies). But once you click on them, navigating between documentation pages is cumbersome because you have to go back and forth to the main page all the time. Additionally, there are too many links to list them all on the homepage, and it may thus be difficult for users to find things.

Solution

I suggest we have a single link to documentation from the main homepage, and that link should take you to a "landing page" that maps out everything available in the documentation. This page could have categories related to GUI, solver, user guides, etc. From there you should be able to navigate easily to all other parts of the documentation without going back to the main homepage. Users should be able to glance through this page and easily and quickly see what's available.
