Do we have to submit video? or just log file is enough?

Yes, the video is required. Are you having issues with the recording?

Due to my system being a bit backdated I've faced & facung huge fps loss while recording video

You can try resizing the Space Teams window to be smaller, and recording at 720p 24fps (or a little lower FPS)

Also you can try using the new camera frequency change feature to reduce the load on your computer.

If you are not able to resolve the recording issues, please submit what you can, even if the video is very choppy. We can still most likely accept it as a submission.

Another compromise solution is to use a camera to record the screen. Avoid this if possible but it may be a way to work around the performance issues if they are caused by recording.
