This issue is maintained to track the progress of the project.

The first part of the plan is to move from Lilypad to a general-purpose LLM abstraction so that any model can be used on the platform. This can be achieved with the help of Vercel AI SDK, which has bindings for most LLM providers. @subhojit26 please migrate the current repo to the mentioned SDK.

Another important part is to support the MCP for tools. @abhayjit07, please look into this. Essentially, we need to create an MCP client for agents to use the tools assigned to them.

In the past few weeks, we have made progress on lot of frontiers - chat interface, LLM providers, MCP integration and agent creation and management.

1. LLM provider - To accomodate multiple providers, we have integrated vercel's ai sdk that gives the user access to multiple model providers (local models included). This will enable rapid prototyping for our intial stage
2. GraphDB - We also released a graph db for storing knowledge graphs on IPFS. We are actively working on converting it and modifying the library for our needs.
3. MCP - Addition of a really light weight MCP client to the project enables the agents to use any tool the user wants and gives access to. Earlier to this, each tool had to be custom designed and built by us.
4. Agent Management - Agent CRUD is enabled with option to choose MCP tools and then calling them in the multi-agent chat using the '@' symbol.
