Product meta fields are not generated

Hi, I am new to Shopify dev. I am following this example and can run it on my browser successfully. Still, unfortunately, product metafields are not created when I save the issue from admin action.

There is no code error, exact same code as of this repo but unable to solve the issue.

Please help.
