Pain

After creating a rule in the Rules V3 (TinaCMS), the rule should be visible and searchable in the interface.

Acceptance Criteria

1. After creating a rule, it should be immediately visible in the list of rules.
2. The created rule should be searchable using relevant keywords.
3. The user should receive a confirmation message indicating the rule has been successfully created and is visible.

This is a known issue and has been reported before in #2123. As explained in this comment: tinacms/tinacms#6159 (comment) this is a limitation in Tina. So for now users still need to be redirected to the collection page after creating a rule.

Regarding the search issue in Tina, here's another PBI tracking the progress: #2096
