The Administrator tab has grown too large to be contained in one tab. It must be expanded.
A new root page "Management" is to be created. It should contain the subtabs of Advanced Settings, converted to main tabs of that page. Only high-access admins (EVP, VP Ops, Digital Innovation Manager, Information Manager) should be able to access this new page.
"Administrator" should be renamed to "Bookings".
