interview_scheduled is currently just a status a reviewer sets by hand — the platform knows nothing about when the interview is, and the applicant is told nothing. Idea: let a reviewer propose or book an interview time through Aplio, with its own email to the applicant carrying the details.
Open questions for scoping:
- Reviewer proposes slots and the applicant picks, or reviewer sets a time outright? The first is much more useful and much more to build.
- Does this need calendar integration (
.ics attachment at minimum, Google Calendar at most)?
- Where do reviewer availability and timezones live? The app already has org-day helpers but no availability concept.
- Rescheduling and cancellation — by whom, and how late?
- Does booking a time set
interview_scheduled automatically, and does clearing it move the status back?
- Attachments interact with the email design: Resend's batch endpoint doesn't support attachments, so an
.ics forces single sends.
