Building from scratch

I'm working on building Albany from scratch and will report any issues and progres along the way.

For building Zlib:
Various compiler could be selected, mpich, openmpi could all work, just point to the correct [PathtoCompiler]/bin/mpi** file
Examples could be: /opt/scorec/spack/install/linux-rhel7-x86_64/gcc-7.3.0/mpich-3.3-diz4f6ieln25ouifyc7ndtqlfksom6nb/bin/mpicc
Command -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS='-O3 --64 --archs="-arch x86_64"' \ seems to have typo or something, which will not pass through. CMake could pass if removing this line, will find a fix later.

Parallel-netcdf could be built as long as correctly setting up the compiler path
