Recent version of sbnana that depend on sbndata rely on non-existing chi^2 templates in sbndata

The Calorimetry portion of CAFAna:

sbnana/CAFAna/Systs/CalorimetrySysts.cxx

Relies on the existence of two template files in sbndata: template_dEdXUncertainty.root and dEdxrestemplates.root. Only the former is present in the version of sbndata that sbnana lists as a dependency. This causes immediate and obtuse crashes when running CAFAna macros with recent versions of sbnana. This is a "bad code thing."

That pull request does not fix the problem but it makes the error less obtuse.
