Runestone Issue: Peer Instruction After Class Link - Only letting students answer the first question

I was in the SI201-W26-MW ebook and in the PI-Lists-Loops Peer Instruction assignment using the after class link. It let me answer the first question, but when I clicked the 'Next Question' button it said
Congratulations, you have completed this assignment! However, the assignment has two questions in it.

I also got the following error on each page load:

As always it would be super helpful to see the contents of the javascript log.

Nothing about after class PI has changed in a very long time. So some more concrete information would be helpful.

OK, that is super weird! why am I seeing a popup to write a review for trip advisor in the middle of a Runestone page?!!

Because I had a tab open to work on a review on trip advisor.

OK, found multiple regressions from a PR. Sigh... Will push the fixes into production today.

Did you not use async last semester?
