I am a beginner in PyRosetta. I am very interested in learning how to use PyRosetta to model DNA. I have seen a section 7.8 in an old pyrosetta manual devoted to DNA and RNA models but not much details. Also I cannot tell how to adapt existing ipython notebook for RNA to DNA.
Please can you let me know how to modify code for RNA model to DNA? Thanks a lot.
