Relative dates and date adjustments.ftplugin keyboard shortcuts not working

I'm sure I'm just doing something dumb, but the keyboard shortcuts ⌘⌥' and ⌘⇧9 aren't working for me at all to activate the plugin. I have installed jmk_panel.ftplugin and restarted the app.

A couple of things to check:

• what FT version are you using ?
• FoldingText > Plugin Manager ( ⌘, ) – are the plugins listed, and are there error messages ?
  3 plugins needed:

1. Relative dates
2. Smalltime.ftplugin
3. jmk_panel

Thanks! I did not have Smalltime.ftplugin installed. (That may be missing from the Readme?) It works perfectly now. This is going to be so helpful!
