Is check_for_potential_motor_wraps_and_rezero() useless ?

The function `check_for_potential_motor_wraps_and_rezero()` defined [here](https://github.com/RightHandRobotics/reflex-api/blob/master/reflex-takktile-api/reflex_driver.cpp#L231) set `motor_wrap` variable that is not used. There is something that is missing in the code, or this function is useless.
