Is this tutorial the type of approach we should be thinking of for the Friday session in SMLP2020?  If so, should we merge JuliaStats/MixedModels.jl#368 and use MixedModels.parametricbootstrap to generate the samples?

Using the parametric bootstrap explicitly to generate samples for a power simulation would be very nice for highlighting the problem/semi-circularity of post-hoc power calculations.
