Folks, these kind of basic hygiene issues cost a lot of time. Please prioritize having good review gates and blocking pre-submit checks on feeder repos. Repeated violations of basic hygiene will result in loss of commit access. @amd-sriram

Mistakes happen to all of us. But that is what pre-submit checks are for. Please make sure you have sufficient automation on any repo that feeds into ROCm so that you are not committing this kind of thing.

@stellaraccident We are working on CI for apex - ROCm/apex#303. After this, we should be able to catch these mistakes earlier on.
