  1. Administrative Roles

Manage school operations: Oversee day-to-day school activities.

Approve/reject requests: Teacher leave requests, resource requests, etc.

Manage user accounts: Create or remove accounts for staff, teachers, and sometimes students.

Set policies: Enforce school rules and guidelines within the system.

  1. Academic Roles

Monitor teacher performance: Track classes, attendance, and results.

Review student performance: Access reports, grades, and assessments.

Approve schedules: Class timetables, exams, and events.

  1. Communication Roles

Send announcements: School-wide notifications like events, holidays, or emergencies.

Interact with parents/teachers: Through messages or notices in the system.

Receive feedback: From teachers, parents, and sometimes students.

  1. Reporting & Analytics Roles

View school reports: Attendance, performance, financial, or disciplinary reports.

Analyze trends: Identify areas needing improvement or intervention.

Export reports: Generate PDF/Excel reports for meetings or record-keeping.

  1. Extra Privileges

Access to all modules: Admin, Teacher, Student, and Parent modules (read-only or limited write depending on the system).

Can override certain actions: e.g., edit exam results, approve exceptions, etc.
