3DS install guide says Universal-Updater doesn't install IPS files

ℹ️ If installed directly from your console for the first time, you will still be required to install the associated IPS patches from GitHub. Once installed, updates may be managed purely from Universal-Updater

The 3DS install guide says that you need to install the IPS files manually, but Universal-Updater does extract them. Am I doing something wrong or is this warning just incorrect?

On Universal-DB I always name scripts for the user facing file they install, but the goal is to be as close to a one click install as possible.

Thanks, this is in fact outdated. I'll fix this in a PR along with a few other quality of life updates for the 3DS guide
