Single player
By any chance you happen to have over 7 Ships in a tight space and leave then come back. (Not sure if this triggered it)
You get spammed with constant non-stopping sounds, even if you try to rejoin or get rid of them (and keep one) their haunting sounds are still around In the area they're sitting in.
