Currently, when importing orders from the Skroutz channel, if a customer needs to be created, the system generates a single default customer:
"Skroutz Customer"
All Skroutz orders are assigned to this single customer because Skroutz does not provide a stable unique identifier (e.g., email, phone number, VAT number).
This leads to:

Limited CRM capabilities
We should implement a mechanism that creates distinct customers based on shipping information, which in most cases is unique per buyer.
