As AI copilots become part of modern support and business
workflows, developers face a common question: should
intelligence come from prompting, fine-tuning, or external
knowledge systems? In this session, we'll break down how
modern Copilot-style applications actually work, where each
technique fits, and the tradeoffs involved in cost, latency,
maintainability, and accuracy.

We'll also explore practical patterns like knowledge base
grounding, skills-based orchestration, and tool calling
using real-world support automation examples.

The session is aimed at developers building AI-powered
workflows, extensions, and assistant experiences on modern
