Pl explain the significance of client, subscriber and bclient queue type of connections in detail.

I am working on reducing my application's redis connections. As of now, I am reusing client connections and subscriber connections (redis queue connection count's general formula being bclient_connections + 2 where bclient_connections is equal to no. of queues and 2 comes from the reutilised client + subscriber connections).
I need to know whether or not a queue can persist and function fully without these types of connections, and if not, why? Please do elaborate, as whatever I found here was not enough.
