[BUG] Why are achievements not displaying and cannot be earned in the game Ova Magica?

Describe the bug

I found a collection of Lua scripts. For some of the games in it, achievements didn't show up at first but suddenly appeared later. However, in Ova Magica, achievements have never shown up, and I am completely unable to unlock them.

For Ova Magica, you most likely haven’t configured a dedicated setStat(appid, "steamid").

If no setStat is configured for an app, OpenSteamTool falls back to the default SteamID 76561198028121353 to fetch stat data. However, that account does not own Ova Magica, so Steam cannot return the achievement data for this game.

You need to configure a SteamID that owns Ova Magica, for example:

setStat(appid, "steamid")

After the game version update, the achievement count has not updated. For example, the old version had 65 achievements, and the updated version has 70, but it still displays 65. I am using the game developer's ID (setStat(appid, "steamid")), and while opening their profile page shows 70 achievements, my profile still only shows 65.
