Looking at https://github.com/OpenScience-Collective/osa/blob/main/src/assistants/bids/config.yaml I feel that this could be a great common base to also produce a bids plugin with a collection of specialized skills (like /bids-init , /bids-convert, /bids-overview, ...) so it would become more obvious on what operations could be done by the "AI assistant/plugin/skill"
Also in turn Assistant could recommend then installing such a plugin within local AI environment of choice to facilitate AI-assistance locally.
