Converting Tsadra book to OPF

Description

Need to convert Tsadra book from epub to OPF, so that we can use those OPF files to prepare training data for text formatting model.

Sub task

• Download epub from S3
• Remove all the existing epub which has been converted to opf
• Zip/unzip all EPUB files and extract contents
• Review tsadra.py OpenPecha toolkit
• Analyze EPUB for standardizing class labels
• Implement standardized labels in tsadra.py
• Validate by serializing the OPF file
• build the corner-case test HTML file

Unable to get correct character offset on resultant opf file.

In books RDI-SS-04, RDI-SS-14, and RDI-SS-22, formatter was wrongly tagging a work title as an "Author" annotation on top of its own block bucket.
