Extend capability to control precision

Currently OpenHPS uses number primitives for all calculations. While this suffices for most use cases,
it may cause issues in more larger scale computations that require a much higher precision.

Decimal.js could help with this issue, but this is not without usability disadvantages.

Additional comment: time precision is also crucial. Time services provide a scalable way for nodes to use different time measurements. However, this can not be accessed while initializing data objects, positions and frames

EDIT: Time service accuracy has been implemented and tested. All instances of Date.now() have been replaced with TimeService.now() that defaults to standard Date.now(), microtime or a custom implementation. Number precision is not implemented yet
