how to clear cache programatically?

First thanks for the plugin,
we have CRM that updates our post,
what in database or what function to clear specify post type? or all?

You can write code to clear the object cache. Use wp_cache_flush(). That's a big hammer to use on a busy site though. For one thing it deletes all transients.

But the object cache isn't organized by post type or other such things. (The page cache is organized that way.) If you use WordPress's REST APIs to update your posts, it should handle updating the cache transparently.

Could they not use something like wp_cache_flush_group('cpt)`?

Also, I'm going to open another issue to address some issues/ideas that I've just noticed regarding the way object cache groups are used/handled in this plugin.
