Proposal: Create Github Pages for the help/homepage.
Benefit: At the moment the homepage link in the metadata.txt file links to here: https://github.com/Ojaybee/ags-tools#readme. The reader is presented with a 'strange looking' readme file in Gitlab. If we created help using Githup pages and Material Mkdocs (https://squidfunk.github.io/mkdocs-material/) we could present the user with a searchable, readable, familiar experience. e.g. https://ags-data-format-wg.gitlab.io/agsi/agsi_standard/latest/
