Prevent stick cylinder piston from colliding when raising boom or bending the stick too much

I don't think the latest design for the boom and stick is in the 3d model.

We managed to bend the piston pretty badly while testing :-( We still need to figure out how to solve this. The idea I'd like to try is dorkmo's concept of putting the stick cylinder on the side of the boom and stick.
