Feature details
Add details about Docker Desktop and WSL2 in error reporting and "Copy config details to clipboard". Add local timestamp to details.
Docker Desktop can interfere with Podman and the status of WSL/2 is critical on Windows. Timestamp will tell us if the user's datetime is significantly off.
