Missing Archetype Folder

I was following the instructions on installing HTAP, however the instructions point to navigating to a folder called Archetypes which I cannot locate. I noticed that some of the files that were to inside this folder were in the 'lib' folder so I used that instead. I then copied an h2k file into there to test if it would work but I get an error when running...

.\substitute-h2k.rb -vv -o .\HOT2000.options -c .\HOT2000.choices -b C:\H2K-CLI-Min\User\NRCan-arch4_2100sf_2storey_fullBsmt.h2k
The Result:
ERROR: Valid path to option file must be specified with --options (or -o) option! (fatal error called at <main> (substitute-h2k.rb:6529)

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having a pretty hard time getting htap to work
