Block class table may incorrectly describe class attributes

Anuken says in 11700 that attributes is not an array, but the block section of the wiki claims it is an array.

field	type	default	notes
attributes	Attributes	new Attributes()	Array of affinities to certain things.

Unless I've completely misunderstood, the wiki is incorrect.
