Describe the feature
As the title suggests, this can be a setting under camera tweaks module, or even a new module.
Here's what I mean by third person control for all directions: In vanilla minecraft, when inside third person view (back), you can only control your player in one direction. The suggestion is that the module will allow you to freely rotate camera for 360 degrees, allows you to walk in 8 directions without changing camera rotation, and gives you the full freedom of the camera when moving.
Additionally, there can be optionally the option to skip Third Person Front view inside the settings for this module too, and support for module still working while riding entities, swimming and flying with elytra.
Similar mod that does this is called better third person (outdated), and shoulder surfing reloaded (adds extra offsets and presets which arent really needed for what im suggesting, the controls are quite similar to what i am suggesting).

This feature doesn't already exist in the client. (I have checked every module and their settings on the latest dev build)
This wasn't already suggested. (I have searched suggestions on GitHub and read the FAQ)
