Tournaments page search should return results from all tabs

Using the tournament search in https://www.metaculus.com/tournaments/ should also return indexes etc.

Maybe: when you use the search, the tab gets deselected, the header disappears, and you get results from all tabs. If you delete the search string (manually or with the ×), you get back to your previous tab.

makes sense, a few details for implementation:

• when a search is made
  • let's disable interaction on the sort dropdown and make its opacity 35%
  • let's NOT disable interaction on the tabs, but make their opacity 35%.
    • when the entire tab group is hovered, the opacity should be back at 100%. at this stage clicking on a tab should remove the search query, collapse the search field, and activate the clicked tab (so the user does not need to empty the search field to interact with the tabs)
• index and question series cards should get a label explaining their type. no need for tournaments as they already look distinct with prize pool and timeline
