Show user predictions after resolution in timeline graphs

Make sure the CP ends at the resolution diamond.

I think I'm not in favor of this in the first place to be honest. The user's predictions after actual resolve time have no effect on scoring, and the user can still access them if they want via the data download. I think it makes it more confusing rather than less to have them charted after the CP timeline terminates.

I think it's good to show all the user's forecast. Most people won't look at the data download, and some of your predictions disappearing is confusing (and has confused people in the past).
