Theme parameters OperatingSystem and LocalIP fail

Describe the bug
"OperatingSystem" choice in toml results in no output, regardless of theme choice and order in show command. Per doctor output, there appears to be a problem with either libmacchina or parsing of platform (gnu-linux mx-linux non-sysD).

"LocalIP" also produces no output, despite correct configuration (interface="eth0"). Doctor doesn't show why.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. See below screenshot of relevant portion of macchina.toml.
2. Launch macchina

Expected behavior
Shows OS (not distro), ie, output of /etc/initrd_release PRETTY_NAME

OperatingSystem does not apply to Linux, that's what Distribution is for. As for LocalIP, you're going to want to attach the output of ip address for me to be able to help you.

There are also loopback and tailscale interfaces which I've elected not to include.

The article is titled "Find Out Linux Distro". We already provide you with distribution information in the distribution readout. Operating system only concerns Windows, macOS and BSD users.

As for the IP address situation, I'm not really sure what's going on, we'd need some sort of debug information to get to the root of the problem and we don't really provide an easy way to do that from the binary itself (you'd have to build the project on your own to find out what's really going on)
