A powerful way to use Haven would be entirely behind Tor, which should be doable on Umbrel. It would be ideal to have a way of obtaining the relay's .onion address from the UI. Perhaps next to where you can set the URL for the relay, you can instead toggle it to "Use Tor" and it will then display the .onion address.
