This is an ability that stablecoin issuers have on other chains, mainly through their smart contracts logic, I think something similar should be added here, too.
Perhaps when creating an asset an issuer should be able to set a flag that this kind of asset can be freezed/destroyed for any address that holds it, not just those addresses under issuer control.
