Beta 4 Release

Hi all,

This beta 4 version marks the first fully public version. All features should work well. Though there might be still a few residual bugs. If I discover any known issues I will list them here.

Fixes since beta 3

• Support for single pathway experiments, and DQC, SIFTER etc..
• Added Bruker BES3T export
• Added measurment time as a parameter
• Completed Population Modelling
• New data viewer plot with correct phase switch
• New figure handling for global and population fittings
• Improved handling of LOGS plugs
• Fixed issues in CSV loader
• Improved database search speed
• Fixed bug with deernet distance distribution normalisation
