panels config: mixed mode

According to https://github.com/JakeStanger/ironbar/wiki/configuration-guide#2-pick-your-use-case a user can choose between (a) same panel on all screens or (b) separate screens configs.

I wonder if it's possible to have one panel on all screens and another on just one screen?

Yes, I know I can copy-paste. But #1076 bothers me.

There is no way to achieve this using Ironbar directly. The Corn config language is designed to provide a solution here - rather than copy/paste, you can define the repeated parts as an input, and then reference them in the config.
