Unable to remove a player with "add" status from a plot

Describe the bug

When attempting to remove a player who previously had the add permission on a plot, the removal fails.
Even though the player is shown as being added, PlotSquared returns the error:

<player> is neither added, trusted or denied on the plot, thus doesn't need to be removed.

To Reproduce

1. Add a player to a plot using /plot add <player>.
2. Try to remove the same player using /plot remove <player> or /plot delete <player>.
3. PlotSquared returns an error that the player is not added, even though they are added.
4. The player remains unable to be removed from the plot.
