Safari sometimes throws a "Failed to load resource: Data URL decoding failed" error #38
Description
Tested on a iPhone 14 with Safari 16.4.
Sometimes background-image's and/or mask-image's are not rendered.
Only the error "Failed to load resource: Data URL decoding failed" is logged to the console:
It also prevents the background-image's and/or mask-image's from being re-rendered after resize/zoom events.
