I am currently getting this error coming up on the DXP Passportal when accessing pages within my website

System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at BVNetwork.NotFound.Core.Configuration.Configuration.get_FileNotFoundHandlerMode()
at BVNetwork.NotFound.Core.RequestHandler.Handle(HttpContextBase context)
at BVNetwork.NotFound.Core.Initialization.Custom404HandlerInitialization.OnEndRequest(Object sender, EventArgs eventArgs)",
I am on version 1.2.1 of the Geta 404 handler which I believe is latest version for the CMS 11 framework. Are you able to advise/help with the issue I am getting?
