Links in texts are rendered without trailing slash

Neos renders links in texts without trailing slash per default.
When installing this package all routes without trailing slash are redirected, which means that now per default every click on a link performs a redirect which is not performant.

So we should enhance this package so that it renders all URLs in texts with a trailing slash.
