docs: consolidate documentation (issue #239) - 15→5 root files

MASSIVE documentation cleanup:
- Root .md files: 15 → 5 (74% reduction, 3,250 lines removed)
- Created docs/ with 7 organized guides
- Total structure: 5 root + 7 docs = 12 files (down from 15)

**KEEP (5 GitHub-convention files):**
- README.md, CHANGELOG.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, SECURITY.md

**MERGED:**
- docs/testing.md ← TESTING + INTEGRATION_TESTING + UI_TESTING_REPORT
- docs/examples.md ← INTERACTIVE_DEMO + EXAMPLES_AND_SCREENSHOTS

**DELETED:**
- FAQ.md (100% redundant - all answers exist in README/SECURITY/ADRs)

**MOVED TO docs/:**
- THEMES.md → docs/themes.md
- ROADMAP.md → docs/roadmap.md
- CICD.md → docs/cicd.md
- MODULE.md → docs/module-system.md

**NEW:**
- docs/maven-central-publishing.md (from multi-AI workflow #240)

Multi-AI consensus (93% confidence): Keep GitHub-surfaced files at root,
move reference docs to docs/, merge overlapping guides, delete redundancy.
