[Feature Request] Cmd+W should support closing the entire application window on macOS

Cmd+W 的惯例是关闭窗口而非仅关闭标签页。很多用户（特别是 macOS 原生用户）期望 Cmd+W 关闭整个窗口，Cmd+Q 完全退出应用。目前即使手动解绑快捷键，Cmd+W 仍然会关闭标签页，这应该是一个BUG。
