Bot Logic Actions

Currently, the bot logic is [extremely unwieldy](https://github.com/EmergentOrganization/vindinium_bot/blob/94eee28bc0e3e5ad4c1c8526e19dcfd18ed45367/src/bot.rs#L17). There needs to be a better way to do this for the sake of organization, and quickly re-ordering actions based on shifting priorities during runtime.
